How to Return an Item

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for exchange or a full refund, less shipping charges. You will find return instructions inside your package, or you can Contact Us for assistance.

Unopened DVDs may be returned for a refund or exchange for a different item. Opened DVDs may only be returned if defective and will only be replaced with the same title. Apparel items that have been worn or washed can not be returned for an exchange or refund. Certain large quantity purchases are final, but we will always state this clearly in our communication with you.
